Board of Directors

The Credit Union is owned by its members. Members are selected to serve on the Board, Supervisory, and Credit Committees.

The credit union is also guided by its by-laws.

Board Members

The CCCUL is governed by a nine (9) member Board of Directors headed by the Chairman. They are responsible for overseeing management and developing the business affairs and major policy decisions of the credit union.

The members of the Governance team of the Central Co-operative Credit Union Ltd are as follows:

Supervisory & Compliance Committee

The Supervisory & Compliance Committee performs the functions of audit and supervision of all aspects of operations so that the affairs of the Society are in accordance with legislation & regulations, the bye-laws and the approved standards and policies of the credit union.

The Committee includes

Credit Committee

The Credit Committee is responsible for approving and reviewing loans and ensuring that they are granted in accordance with the approved loan policy and provide prudent oversight of the loans portfolio.

The Committee includes

Senior Management Team

The management team is responsible for carrying out the directives of the Board, overseeing and maintaining operations, and assisting the Board in the formation of operational policies. The team includes:
