The Family Indemnity Plan is a group life insurance that provides financial comfort in the event of an insured member’s death or his/her eligible family members.
The plan covers up to six (6) family members at any one time. An eligible family member is defined as:
- The member’s spouse
- The member’s parents and/or parents-in-law, enrolled by age 76
- The member’s unmarried children (age 1 – 25)

Critical Illness Rider
The Critical Illness covered are:
- Cancer
- Heart Attack
- Stroke
- Paralysis
- Major Burns
How to get in:
- You must be enrolled in FIP to sign up
- You may apply for the rider once you have not reached age sixty (60)
- You are not required to do a medical when you sign up
- You have to wait 6 months after enrollment to benefit, unless you are diagnosed with a critical illness as a direct result of an accident
